The DHEL was created under the auspices of the Xamayca Foundation in direct response to this opportunity. The Role of the Xamayca Foundation
As the originator of the DHEL, the Xamayca Foundation will use this framework to guide its core programs focused on digital health delivery, CHW enablement, health education, and mobile-based clinical engagement. The Foundation is actively pursuing implementation partnerships with governments, NGOs, telecom operators, health innovators, and donors seeking to transform care models in high-need areas.
